Onboarding Ritual

Onboarding isn’t a transaction. It’s a transition.

Every form, every click, every signature is a visibility spell.

This ritual is designed to hold your ache, your clarity, and your refusal.

Business Onboarding

For collaborators, systems, and infrastructure partners

Step 1: Invitation Received

You’re invited into The Holding Space Blueprint.

This is not a transaction—it’s a transition.

You’ll receive a welcome message outlining what this space holds:

• No urgency

• No dilution

• No performative governance

This is a framework authored from rupture — where care systems collapsed and clarity was ritualized. Whether you’re here to co-design, support, or steward infrastructure, you are held with intention.

You are not just entering a system. You are entering a legacy.

Step 2: Hosting Agreement Sent

You receive a Hosting Agreement document.

It includes:

• Visibility clauses

• Refusal scaffolding

• Symbolic induction into the system

You’re invited to read it at your own pace.

You can ask questions, request edits, or pause before signing.

Step 3: Path of Entry Chosen

You choose how you’re entering the system.

This is not a curriculum—it’s a legacy alignment.

You’ll select one of the following:

Core Modules Accreditation Badge

For businesses integrating trauma-informed infrastructure into backend systems, policies, and platforms.

Includes access to all 11 core modules, visibility clauses, and fidelity audits.

Legacy + Facilitation Accreditation Badge

For those stewarding hosting rituals, emotional scaffolding, and client-facing care systems.

Includes legacy modules, hosting prep rituals, and symbolic induction into blueprint authorship.

Foundation Access (No Badge)

For businesses seeking to engage with foundational modules without formal accreditation.

Includes selected modules, reflection prompts, and optional legacy timestamp.

No visibility clause required. No badge displayed.

This path honours pause, refusal, and quiet entry.

This step is collaborative—not prescriptive.

You are not just choosing a path. You are choosing how you transmit legacy.

Step 4: Signature Ritual

You sign the Hosting Agreement.

This signature is a visibility spell—not a compliance checkbox.

You’re invited to affirm your boundaries, rhythm, and refusal.

Step 5: Begin Collaboration

You enter the system.

Every interaction is scaffolded with emotional fidelity, legacy authorship, and refusal of chaos.

You are not just onboarded—you are witnessed.

Client Onboarding

For individuals entering care, clarity, or blueprint offerings

Step 1: Initial Invitation

• You arrive at the Holding Space Blueprint.

• You’re told: You don’t need to perform readiness. You are already enough to begin.

Step 2: Intake Form Sent

• You receive a trauma-informed intake form.

• It includes optional questions—only answer what feels safe.

• There’s space for contradiction, ache, and refusal.

Step 3: Consent Ritual

• You’re invited to read a consent document.

• It’s written in plain language, with emotional scaffolding.

• You affirm your sovereignty—not just your agreement.

Step 4: Signature Field

• You sign the form.

• The signature is an affirmation, not a performance.

• You can add a legacy pulse (e.g., “Why I’m choosing to begin now”).

Step 5: Begin the Work

• You enter the care system.

• Every module is designed to hold your ache, your clarity, and your refusal.
